hi guys, jus want to intro you guys to this new Korean drama series....very sweet story. its showing at SCV channel 56 now, every Mon to Wed 7pm. i bet you would luv this show, even right from the first episode.
its about this 18 year old girl, who fell in luv with a 28 year old elite prosecutor. the 2 of them was engaged since young by their grand fathers and somehow the girl's family got into trouble and left the city and the families lost touch since then.
despite that, 18 years later, they were reunited. their initial encounters did not turn out to be pleasent, the girl was nab in a pub by her husband-to-be, not knowing that he was the one that she was engaged to.
the guy's family tried desperately to find them and when they finally met for the first time, both of them was shocked! nevertheless, because of their family obligations, they finally got married. throughout the story, there were ups and downs....when the guy's ex-galfren came back from overseas and tries to tears them apart, it makes them realise that they actually luv each other more than they both know. there were also problems from family members, the guy being the eldest grandson in the family, needs to take over the family clan and there comes expectations and stress from his elders on his wife....the usual traditional values expected of woman and the girl being so young and inexperience, has to live up to their expectations.
despite these, love overcomes it all.....you will say that this is the usual ending in love stories. i think the important part of this show is the plot, the chemistry between the 2 co-stars and the hilarious encounters which you will definitely enjoy! if you are bored, depressed etc, this show will cheer you up....for sure! trust me on that!
i always thought that the on-line chemistry between Vic Chow and Barbie Hsu was excellent in Mars...however after watching this show, i was really impressed....and to think that this is the first time Lee Dong Gun and Han Ji Hye worked together. i read reports that the 2 click so well in the show that even staff members of the production crew thought there's more to it between them! and best till, after this show, they were rumoured to be together now....they really look so sweet together!!! they are now working on a new show, 'My boy-fren is Type B', again as a couple...to be release next year Feb.

yup sounds like a great show! i saw the trailer on ch 54 some days back! i sooo wanna watch but i dont have ch56... sigh... do you know if the vcds are out in singapore?
oh my gosh clover.....its out every where now but selling at diff prices! some shops sell as high as $39.90 and some as low as $29.90! but rest assured its the same box set from KBS. so if you want to buy look around first. you can check out gramaphone, cd rama....which i think sell at $29.90. and some shops sell till its out of stock! the series is so popular now...can you imagine the first episode already so funny.....
seriously i never like korean series previously....always so much tears....makes people fell so depressing....but i fell in luv with this show so much that it truly changes my impression of korean films. its light hearted and touching and the story line makes you want to go on....
i look forward so much to their new show....zhaodi, try to catch this show if you can....you won't regret it, trust me! hope you guys enjoy it as much as i do!
