Seriously, I've never cried tht much during a movie...you may think i'm too emotional, maybe i am...but i feel glad tht i've chosen to watch this show instead of others...now, i'm having swollen and dry eyes... this is a story of a pair of brothers whose lives change when the Korean War broke out n it depicts the scenes from the tragic event and how the both of them struggle to keep alive n return home...d elder brother is willing to sacrifice by joining the "suicidal troop" in return for his brother's freedom to leave the battle field...the whole brotherhood, family, love and human struggles are definitely the causing factor tht i needed to finish a packet of tissue throughout the movie...i wouldnt want to blab a lot here, cos i believe tht u need to watch it urself...okay, i admit tht maybe the movie is the number one show in Korea cos of Jang Dong-Gun and Won Bin, two of the most popular Korean actors...But u really need to give credits to them for their realistic portrayal of two loving brothers n how the war actually changes them...you could almost believe they are real brothers...these are actually coming out from a person who is not fanatic bout them...even the supporting cast like their mom n Jin Tae's (Dong Gun) wife-to-be r so good in acting tht provoked my emotions, thus my tears kept pouring...But i need to warn u though, the bloody n dead bodies scenes r not suitable for the 'weak-hearted' as i felt horrified n squeamish when i watched the war scenes...
well, i think i may have talked too much...But i feel this show is worth the watch...it's much better than pearl harbour, which i think focused too much on romanticism...tht's my opinionlar...everyone has diff point of views...my point of view: I'd prefer to share my thoughts on this movie...

But i think we seldom hav big screen flims which combine brotherhood n war so perfectly. N thumbs up for won bin's acting, he's emotions r so real n touching.. But i tend to get a little dizzy cos the camera spins too much during the war scenes.. Hehe :) anyway, catch tht movie sometime n let me know ur views on it too.. Well, it's a great pleasure to help, especially if it's anything 2 do wif dt n tension..
